Return & Refund Policy
Don't like it? Pas de problème!
You have 30 days to return unwanted, unworn items. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags attached, and be in the original packaging if possible.
Items discounted 60% or more are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To begin your return, please email email@example.com with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line, and with your order number and reason for return in the body of the email.
Once your return request has been received, we will send you an email with a pre-paid return shipping label. A flat rate of $8 for the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund amount will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size of the same item, this will be processed as a new purchase. Before you purchase the new item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can confirm your correct size is in stock. If your desired size is in stock, we will help you process the new order. Shipping costs will be waived for size exchanges.
